REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Click here to fill out the Online Registration Form. Please make sure to register each child that attends class, including newborns.


OPENING OF REGISTRATION
- 19 March for Spring Term 2012;
- 21 June for Summer & Fall Term 2012;
- 19 November for Winter Term 2013.

Preregistation - for currently enrolled families only - starts ten days before opening of registration.


ALLOCATION OF PLACES
1. Currently enrolled families who register for the same class; 
2. Currently enrolled families who register for a different class;
3. New families.


PAYMENT POLICY
A place will be reserved up to the payment due date. If the payment has not been received by then, no guarantee can be given that a place will be available in the course of first choice.
Bank details will be sent after receipt of the Online Registration Form.

Late registrations: 
Registrations received after start of term can be subject to a shipment surcharge.


REFUND POLICY
No tuition refunds are given after the second class of term, although credit towards the next term may be issued in exceptional circumstances. Your spot in class has been sold and cannot necessarily be resold.


MAKE UP POLICY
A missed class can be recuperated. A family is allowed to schedule a maximum of two make ups per child per term (if registered for a full term).  For special  circumstances please contact DingDong.
Make ups may not be carried over to another term.
Missed or cancelled make ups cannot be re-scheduled.
No refunds will be given. 


CANCELLATION POLICY
Course cancellation:
DingDong reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment. In that case, all registered families will be notified and given options to join their class of second choice. If placement is impossible, tuition fee will be fully refunded. 

Families are responsible for class attendance.  Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal and all tuition fees are forfeited if you do not inform DingDong of your withdrawal before start of term.  

Cancellations received within ten days prior to start of term are subject to a €15 cancellation fee. Your materials (CDs, songbook) and your spot in class have been reserved and cannot necessarily be resold.


Class cancellation:
In the event of a class being cancelled by DingDong a replacement class will be scheduled the week following the final week of term at the regular time and day. Families may choose to attend the replacement class or an alternative regular class, space permitting.
No refunds will be given.
